Dennis Dilworth is the son of Dennis and Loretta Dilworth and is Corinth High School’s Rotary Student of the Month for the month of February.
Dennis has a GPA of 3.9 and ranks 25 in a class of 140. Over the course of his high school carrier he has achieved multiple awards most recently being the AICE Diploma. He has acquired 6 college hours before graduation. Dennis was voted by his peers as the male candidate for most likely to succeed, and was also named to the Corinth High School Hall of Fame. Dennis has been a member of the Corinth High School Band and Corinth Cross Country team for all four years of high school serving as Co. captain his junior and senior year. He has been a member of the Corinth High School Track team for 3 years and has been a member of multiple student organizations and clubs; such as Interact Club, Mu Alfa Theta, Academic Team, and National Honor Society. He now serves as the National Honor Society President helping to organized community service projects.
Dennis has participated in multiple community service projects such as the Coke 10K, the Light House Toy Store, the Rotary Club Christmas Basket, the Amen Food Pantry, and many more. He has also spent a summer working for the local Boy’s and Girl’s Club and participated in their mentoring program.
Dennis has been accepted to the Bagley College of Engineering at Mississippi State University with a major in Mechanical Engineering and is now currently planning to audition for the Famous Maroon Marching Band.
