Academic Success
Academic success at Corinth begins with our highly qualified teachers who help students achieve their personal best every day in order to prepare them for the future. Over 98% of our teachers are certified and over 58% have received advanced degrees.
Through the Cambridge Assessment International Program, students gain deep subject knowledge while focusing on conceptual understanding. This approach facilitates problem solving, critical thinking, presentation and independent research. Our students are successful with this curriculum and our high school has a 96% graduation rate.
Student Life
The Corinth School District provides a variety of student life opportunities. From athletics to arts to student clubs, all students can expand their interests and explore different endeavors. With 22 varsity sports teams, 16 student clubs and a thriving visual and performing arts scene, the school district focuses on creating an holistic experience for all students.
College and Career Readiness
Our students are well prepared for the next step in their educational or vocational journey. The Class of 2022 was offered $2.3 million in scholarships and tuition expenses. Our career coaches connect and prepare students with future opportunities including college campus tours, FAFSA forms, resume prep, scholarship applications and ACT registration.
C-Tech, Corinth’s new career and technical campus, houses the district’s technical programs, advanced technology programs and other innovative activities with the purpose of providing opportunities for students to discover and develop their unique interests. Current program offering include Culinary Arts, Law and Public Safety, Engineering and Robotics, Digital Media/Video Production, Teacher Academy and Health Care and Clinical Services. Students will be able to earn national certifications as well as personal and career skills through these program offerings.
With over 103 CHS course offerings, our students are exposed to a variety of career pathways. Job shadowing, military visits and Snackchat sessions with local industry leaders are just some of the ways our career coaches connect students with future opportunities.
