Corinth High School senior Braxton Stevens has been named a semifinalist for the 2026 Coca-Cola Scholars Program, moving to the next round of the selection process to become a Coca-Cola Scholar and receive a $20,000 college scholarship. Stevens is one of 18 semifinalists in the state of Mississippi and among 1,238 semifinalists nationally. Semifinalists represent 1.1% of the over 107,000 applicants from across the country for this program.

“I am so grateful for this recognition and the opportunity to compete to be a Coke Scholar!,” said Braxton. “I don’t deserve the amazing opportunities that I have been given. All glory goes to God for this achievement, and I am so thankful for the impact that my relationship with him has made for me. I hope to use this to further his will in my life!”

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship, recognizing academic excellence, leadership, and service demonstrated in school and community activities. The semifinalists are in the running for 150 college scholarships worth $20,000.

“We believe that identifying these young leaders throughout the country and encouraging their passion for serving others not only empowers the students but also lifts up those around them.” said Jane Hale Paulsen, President of the Coca-Cola Scholarship Foundation. “The Coca-Cola system is dedicated to giving back to the communities they serve, and the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation is proud to be a part of that commitment.”
