Will Senf and Cannon Wilson were named Finalists in the 68th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. They join approximately 15,000 other high school seniors in receiving this honor. They were named National Merit Semifinalists in September. Both students will continue in the national competition for approximately 7,250 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $28 million.

The goal of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation is to honor the nation’s scholastic champions and encourage the pursuit of academic excellence. Selection of Finalists is based on their academic record, participation in school and community activities, demonstrated leadership abilities, employment, and honors and awards.

The Corinth School District is proud of the exceptional degree of academic excellence and extracurricular pursuits these students have demonstrated throughout their high school career.
