Founded in 2015, the Corinth School District Foundation is a non-profit organization that financially supports the school district to reach every child through funding innovative and creative opportunities and resources that will enhance their future academic achievement. 

The foundation is a 501c3 organization and is run by 9 local board members. 

Employees can submit a foundation grant application to receive financial resources for a specific project. Examples of previous projects include the Corinth Middle School (CMS) Cafeteria mural, the CMS Biology Bowl, flexible seating, stand-up desks, resource rooms, classroom libraries, ACT workshop, STEM learning centers, professional development, Warrior Olympics, BizTown field trips and outdoor classrooms at Corinth Elementary School. 

Donations to the foundation are accepted from individuals and businesses. To donate, mail a check payable to Corinth School District Foundation to CSD Foundation, Central Office, 1204 North Harper Road, Corinth, MS 38834
